Accountability
Corrections policy
Accuracy earns trust. When we make a material error, we correct it promptly and explain meaningful changes.
What we correct
We review factual issues involving product identity, retailer attribution, materials, sizing information, disclosure, image labeling, dates, links and any statement that could materially affect a purchasing decision. We also fix typographical or formatting errors, usually without a formal note when meaning did not change.
How to report an issue
Email hello@lookmadeeasy.com with:
- the exact page URL;
- the statement or element you believe is wrong;
- why it is incorrect;
- a reliable primary source when available; and
- your name and relationship to the subject, if relevant.
Our review
We compare the report with available source material and may contact the retailer, source or sender for clarification. A request does not guarantee a change, but relevant evidence will be considered fairly. Commercial pressure does not determine the outcome.
How corrections appear
A correction that changes a purchasing decision, product identity, disclosure or material claim receives a visible update note describing what changed and the date. We do not silently overwrite a substantial error. If an entire page is no longer supportable, we may withdraw it and explain why.
Product changes are not always errors
Retailers may change prices, stock, variants, materials, shipping or terms after publication. We update meaningful changes when discovered, but the current retailer listing remains the source to check before purchase.
